Measure → arrange → reset
Start with clear fixture dimensions, then edit each shelf’s usable width, height and depth. Import our CSV template or add SKUs by hand. Choose allowed rotations before placing packs. Edit x, facings and units deep; the drawing uses one consistent scale.
Generate the reset pack after every change. Download an A4 or Letter PDF, the movement CSV and a project JSON for recovery. PDF contains rasterized text and a proportional sketch; it is a work instruction, not a 1:1 cutting template.
Read the numbers carefully
Blank means unknown; it never means zero. “Remove / place” covers shelf relocation and quantity changes. “Pick” is the new target minus total on-site units, floored at zero. “Short” is the remaining gap after backroom stock. On-site and backroom counts must not overlap.
Full depth uses floor(shelf depth ÷ rotated pack depth), only for permitted orientations. Height clearance and overlapping horizontal blocks are checked. One block per SKU, front-aligned, no stacking or depth staggering.
Limits & local privacy
Rectangular, flat shelves only. No weight-bearing, fire-code, food-safety or profit assessment; no 3D, POS connection, product catalog or automatic product images. Missing dimensions are flagged, never guessed.
Files, filenames and contents are not sent by this app. No analytics, external fonts or paid APIs. Data lives only in this tab until you download it; reload closes your work. Save project JSON first. Hosting may handle access requests; it does not receive your imported data.
Imports: 1 MiB, 200 SKUs, 12 shelves, 14 JSON nesting levels. Unsupported formats and missing references are rejected atomically.
Alternatives & evidence
Free alternatives exist: OPENCatman offers free essential planogram features. PlanoHero offers paid plans. Shelf Reset Desk focuses on a small local measurement-to-reset workflow.
